In what seems like an attempt by Lexus to remind us all, that we can’t have an LFA, they release a video showing off the Lexus LFA. The LFA was a limited production run by Lexus with only 500 units produced and of course sold. Lexus had no problem selling out all the LFA’s at $375,000 USD. The LFA started production in 2010 and it was rumored that the car was in development by Lexus and Toyota for 10 years.
The LFA has a 4.8-liter V10 that produces 552 horsepower and 354 lb-ft of torque. With a 0-60 time of 3.7 seconds and a top speed of 202 mph, the Lexus LFA may not be the fastest supercar out there but the Lexus put an extra effort into developing a unique and exciting driving experience.
Unfortunately there are no plans for any future iterations of the LFA or any supersport car by Lexus, during the development of the LFA, Lexus claims that a lot of the new technology and materials used in the LFA will be used in future Lexus models.
